UPDATED 8 SEPTEMBER 2026
Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens when you register interest in PulseStart or send a partnership enquiry. Responses are directed to the Velec project team at support@velec.com.au.
Information you provide
The registration form requests your email address, audience, use case, starting-battery problem, interest level, region, and privacy acknowledgement. It also includes any priorities you selected and optional name, organisation, vehicle, climate, use-frequency, comments, and contact preferences you provide.
The partnership form requests your name, email address, organisation, role, enquiry, and privacy acknowledgement. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential technical material.
How your response is used
Your response is provided to Velec to assess interest, understand starting-system problems, prioritise research, and respond to enquiries. The optional project-update checkbox records whether you want updates and further research contact; it is not required to register.
How the forms are delivered
When you submit, your form data is sent to FormSubmit, an external form-processing service, for delivery to support@velec.com.au. You may be asked to complete a spam check before returning to PulseStart. FormSubmit and the receiving email service process the submitted information; the website itself does not maintain a registration database.
FormSubmit documents a 30-day submission archive. Email copies remain in the receiving mailbox until removed. Contact Velec for information about mailbox retention or to request deletion. Service processing may occur outside your country. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy and submission documentation.
Your choices
You can leave optional fields blank and register without requesting updates. To update your details, stop future project contact, or request access to or deletion of your response, email support@velec.com.au and identify the email address used in your submission.
Website services
No account is required. PulseStart does not add advertising trackers or send the page’s interaction events to an analytics service. Hosting, form delivery, and spam-protection providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser information to operate their services.
